COMPANY OVERVIEW

Redgrave Services T/A Alro Transport has been in existence since 1997. The company prides itself on a fleet size of over 200 truck and trailer combinations registered in Zimbabwe, making it capable of serving the region as far north as Democratic Republic of Congo. All our vehicles repairs and maintenance are done in-house – from panel beating/painting, to complete engine overhauls. In the event of a breakdown we have an extensive third party network as well as our own repair crews to attend to any problems outside of Zimbabwe thus ensuring that all cargo reaches all destinations safely without any delays. The company specializes in the transport of containerized and dry bulk cargo to and from the following countries:

DELIVERY PERFORMANCE AND TRACKING

To ensure the continued delivery of our high quality and prompt services, the following measures are in place:

  •  The movement of goods is monitored 24 hours a day by a sophisticated tracking system, with full back up service available.

  • Driver performance is continually monitored using satellite surveillance and management devices in all vehicles. Details of each trip are recorded and assessed to ensure the safety of the drivers, vehicles and goods transported.

  • ·The drivers have between them 100 years of cumulative experience driving various forms of horse and trailer vehicles within Africa.
